I have been a practicing attorney in Chester County for 54 years. Of that time, I was a prosecutor for 14 year, 4 of which as District Attorney. Sine then I have continued to practice Criminal Law as a Defense Counsel. Sine June 2019, I have had the pleasure of working with Thomas (Tip) McCabe. In my observation, Tip brings all the tools to the table that are necessary to a judicial position. He is knowledgeable in the law, particularly criminal law, which constitutes 75% to 80% of the matters that appear before the Court of Common Pleas.
He is polite, even tempered, attentive and highly experienced. All of these which cause me to hardily endorse his candidacy for Judge of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.
